In this regard, we have undertaken asset management and investment based transactions as lead arranger or joint financial advisers, acting as consultants, strategist, advisers and technical parties for individual and/or corporate.

AMCON (Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria)
Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) established in 2010, was created to be a key stabilizing and re-vitalizing tool set up to revive the financial system by efficiently resolving the non-performing loan assets of the banks in the Nigerian economy.
SEWA was engaged by AMCON in 2014 to carry out advisory and consultancy services on their behalf for companies with Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) in the Manufacturing Industry in Nigeria.
The mandate includes provision of work out solutions and strategies to manage bad loans which have been taken over by AMCON since 2010. The project has yielded immense results in terms of effective management strategies which AMCON has used to recover bad loans.
Kunech Group
Kunech Group is a Nigerian based conglomerate with interests in oil and gas, auto retailing and repair, real estate properties, telecommunications and the hospitalities industries.
SEWA has been working with Kunech Group over the last 2 years to build a road map for expanding their various business interests. This has involved building out detailed business and strategy plans and execution road maps for successfully entering new industries. SEWA has assessed their various subsidiaries, identified gaps and worked with professionals such as auditors, human resource consultants, IT consultants and the likes to bridge those gaps.
SEWA was engaged in 2013 to set up the organizational structure, reporting lines,
business processes, corporate governance and risk management framework. SEWA
has also been charged with building an effective consolidating framework for their
business operations as they are present in 2 countries and expanding further.

NTC is an engineering and construction company based in Nigeria. They have been in existence since 1999. They were recently acquired by a Business Conglomerate and as part of the acquisition SEWA was engaged to restructure NTC.
The corporate restructuring includes modifying the organizational structure for efficiency, modifying the business processes, setting up the right corporate governance and risk management structures, identifying operational gaps, engaging the right professionals to undertake an HR audit and source the right human capital.
Miral Pharma Limited (Miral Pharm)
Miral Pharm is a fast upcoming efficient marketer and distributor of high quality generic pharmaceutical products, hospital consumables and lifestyle, and general health goods. They have a presence in Sierra Leone and Nigeria.
In addition, SEWA has provided financial advisory services with regards to financing their business expansions.
